A well known maker of high-security stainless steel, neoprene-padded, made-to-measure chastity belts and collars for long-term continuous wear by men or women. Hal Higginbottom began making Tollyboy Brand belts in the early 60's. His work was expensive, slow, but the quality was excellent. Hal passed away 21-May-1998, but his apprentice, Mr. Richard Davies began production again during the summer of 1999.

His quality is reported to be quite good. He purchased the Tollyboy Brand Name, and completed all orders known to be outstanding. He then began accepting new orders in October 1999.
