A.L. Entreprises Great Customer ServiceSubmitted by: PrahasubI wanted to share with you and your readers the great customer service I experienced with A.L. Entreprises. I bought a CB 3000 a few months ago, and after a while the cage portion became very uncomfortable as it seems both part were not welded together properly. I sent an email to A.L. Entreprises and got an answer back within 24 hours. They asked me to return the cage portion with my address, and I just received a new one today. In the world we live in today, it is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their product and that have a long term vision of customer satisfaction... I always say that all companies should close their customer service department, because the service can be either good or bad, it is still service, and they should open a customer satisfaction department as you can't cheat with what you need to do... satisfy your customers... Well A.L Entreprises truly has a customer satisfaction departement and they do just what they have to do to keep their customer satisfied... The only thing I can complaint about, is that their service was too quick, so I didn't have much time to enjoy my freedom. :-) Prahasub
