The CS-100 with new locking systemSubmitted by: FaxHi. I'm sitting down in my CS-100 to write this review. In short - I think its the best CB that I've ever purchased - but it's not yet the ultimate chastity belt for a male. It is remarkably close though. The belt arrived at my door in under two weeks from my placing the order. Many of the parts require only slight modification before being shipped out, but still, this was impressive. I am used to waiting for months on end for CBs and it certainly pleased my inner child to find that on this occasion I didn't have to be mature and sit it out. DesignThe major difference with this design has to be the lack of a strap or chains under the legs. This idea has often intrigued me in the past. I think I first thought about it seriously after seeing the postcard of the female belt at the Musee de Cluny. Naturally it would make bathroom trips simple and, in the CS-100, the U shaped bar looked like it would help to achieve good security. After a bit of consternation I went for Chastity Steel's new style locking mechanism. On the website the pictures led me to worry that it would protrude too far out from the belt and cause an odd bulge in my trousers. This fear turned out to be unfounded. The block, while sizeable, fits in nicely between my trouser waist belt and my cock. It is quite unnoticeable. It is however, I believe, Aluminium rather than Stainless Steel. The lock itself is very well protected. As others have noted it is fiddly to get things in place and locked up to start with. After playing around with the belt for a few days I found that soon slips into place with no problem. I would agree with the writer who recommended testing the lock a few times before wearing it for the first time though. Materials and build quality. The 3cm wide waist belt is extremely thin Stainless steel (1mm) but is extremely tough. Once I had decided on the correct tightness setting, (there were several options even though this belt isn't supposed to be an adjustable model), I thought to trim off the remaining end with a pair of aviation shears. No luck whatsoever. The shears simply buckled at the job. I really wouldn't like to have to cut this thing off me and there's no way I'd use a Dremel that close to my body. The tube is absolutely fantastic. I ordered two. A larger size and a smaller one: the large size had the new option of 8 spikes inside - an attempt on my part to remain 'pure' in thought as well as deed. Both tubes were polished to a mirror finish on the outside and look fantastic. Chastity Steel provide the option for a 34mm diameter tube which is unusual. Normally, standard size tubes are used, meaning 32mm or 40mm which are a too small and too big for me respectively. The 34mm size removed any major difficulty in inserting myself into the tube and was a welcome change from using nylons etc. The belt is held in place by a knob on the waist belt. This knob is, unfortunately, aluminium and mine is already showing signs of scratches and wear. It is however a large enough chunk not to be in any way insecure. All the locking block, stirrup and tube were polished to perfection. The waist belt had a brushed finish and a silicon rubber liner. The liner was not glued into place - apparently in case the wearer wanted to use the belt without it which, to me, seemed a little unlikely. I do find that the material does stick to me a little as I move about. Problems. The stirrup on my belt really dug into my Perineum (area behind ballsack). It was quite uncomfortable and I was concerned about blood supply with long term usage. In the end I got fed up with it and altered the angle of the bend by about 10 degrees. This necessitated altering the bend angle of the tube as well and as I did this I took the opportunity to give myself a little more room at the front as well, by bending this by an extra 5 degrees. These adjustments were difficult to do (at the time I had access to very few of my tools) but it was possible to make the change by clamping the items and then bending with all my might. The changes have made the belt a whole lot more comfortable for me and I'm really glad I took the time. As Bender the robot would say: "Like most of life's problems, this one can be solved with bending" As I mentioned above, the tube and stirrup/locking block come together over a knob on the waist band. Unfortunately this belt doesn't provide a means to keep all this at a right angle. The tube is prevented from rotating in respect to the stirrup, but the whole font panel can rotate around (to the limits imposed by your legs and genitals of course). This isn't a problem at all in normal wear, but I wouldn't really like to fall down stairs in this belt. I guess that other designs wouldn't be much use in this extreme situation either. Security. I'm listing this under 'problems' but only with the proviso that you understand that this is the most secure belt that I have ever bought. The design attempts to solve the pull out problem with the trapped ball methods (e.g.: CB-2000) by securing the top of the device to a steel waist belt. If you can't get out of a CB-2000 while holding the top of the A ring against your body then the CS-100 will have a very good chance of working for you. I am looking for a belt that is absolutely secure. If I can get out under any reasonable circumstance that's it the belt is junked. I'm still wearing the CS-100 so read on! When standing up I can't get out. When lying on my back, heaving my stomach in and forcing my hand down the front of the belt I can just get enough purchase to grab onto the top of my cock. At this point he doesn't mind what I do to him and so I can pinch hard and can pull myself out of the belt. This feat could be achieved even at the tightest setting of the waist belt and even after I drilled some more holes to make it tighter still. Lets get this straight - it's not easy at all, but with determination it was possible for me. I guess the fact that I'm a 'grower' rather than a 'shower' comes into play here - guys with big flaccid dicks probably would have a tougher time. This problem was alluded to on another of the reviews on this site. Thankfully, two years ago I went and got a PA piercing done. It's taken an age to heal up to my satisfaction but now I'm in the position where I need one and I've already got one! I've designed and made a couple of PA traps for the CS-100 which I'll share here when I'm satisfied with them. CS-100 vs other beltsA great deal simpler than the Carrara belt. Also, the waist band, while deceptively simple, is actually, for me at least, far more secure. I found I could push my Carrara over my hip bones if I really tried. Another issue I had with my Carrara was the fact that the tube was so large and thick that it pushed my balls to either side of it. This made sleeping on my side extremely difficult. CS-100 - not a problem. In regard to the Tollyboy/Bill Jones/Neosteel standard male belt designs, the CS-100 I think again wins out in terms of comfort - and is as far as this reviewer is concerned - it is far more secure. In contrast to trapped ball devices such as the CB-2000 or Gerecke the CS-100 is a mightier device, simply because it includes a waist belt. However that belt is really very comfortable and would go to replace the leather belts that many are using to support their trapped ball devices anyway. The tube with my Gerecke was my personal favourite until the CS-100 came along. I just love this tube. ConclusionI made the decision to try a PA fix for absolute security for the CS-100 because it is a stunning belt. It has a few problems but I am convinced that these are solvable for anyone who really wants them to be. The belt is unbelievably comfortable when worn. The difference now with this belt compared with my first Bill Jones Florentine design is total. I couldn't move or breathe in that belt when I first put it on but with the CS-100 I'm just pottering around doing my usual thing: sitting is fine, standing, walking and bending are fine. The only problem I've found so far is if I crouch down, my trouser seam starts to saw through my ball sack. This isn't really the fault of the belt and is entirely solvable with, well, underwear! I guess I imagined that the CS-100 would be a complete alternative to wearing any!
