Review and simple fix of AD Belt

I had ordered the "adjustable male belt" from AD in late September, and it arrived in about 3 weeks time. When I got it, I just could not wait to put it on. Everything was fine. After a few adjustment to the shape of the belt, I can comfortably wear it for a week at a time. I unlock the belt for cleaning every 2 days and I immediately lock up again after cleaning up in the shower. I do have to apply skin lotion to the waist to keep everything ok.

But there's a little problem. The radial lock for the penis tube. As it is also designed to secure one end of the rear shield, the locking pin is quite long when the rear shield is not locked in place. So the pin is pushed towards my body and this is uncomfortable. (I lock it as tight as possible as it makes me feel the "security" of my belt.)

In order to solve the problem, I bought a water stopper for use in water tap (a circular plastic plate, the thickness is 3mm) from a hardware shop. I drilled 2 holes for the locking pins (shown in picture). Then I lock the lock with the plastic plate in place to the belt. The result is very well. The pins then never push to my body anymore. Such a small modification gives a very good return as all the uncomfortableness has gone.
