After repeated escapes from my original CB-2000 I made a few additions. I replaced the locating pins and locking pin with stainless rod and made a shield to cover the locking pin. Since I had a PA piercing I decided to make use of that. The PA attachment is screwed into a hole in the B ring. It is impossible to access the screw once everything is locked up. Not uncomfortable, except of erections. Total inescapable. Have had it on for two days now.
