Left: Prep stage, the shorts are on. A 2" ring surrounds the the hole that the genitals pass. Then, the zip is up and LOCKED. An incontinence condom is then fitted to the penis and a tube adaptor that passes to the outside.
Center: The front flap is up and zipped, 2 more LOCKS. The belt is on and yet another LOCK. You can also see yet a fitfh lock in the crutch that is for the rear zip.

To urinate, a tube is used that is atatched to outside of the tube adaptor. To defecate, I have to ask for the key.
As I have a 32" waist, with the shorts locked on, I have a beer-belly size 34. The shorts do not show in normal use. The one problem is showers. Wifey got around that with a garbage bag to keep it all dry.
With these shorts, there is no ability to touch, play or anything.
The longest I have been kept locked in them is about 2 weeks. I must admit that they are quite comfortable.
