I am the proud wearer of the tube continually for close to 60 hours without any major problem. I, or rather my mistress, intends for me to have it on permanently, except for a very justifiable motive, like a visit to doctor next Monday, and I don't really think there should be any other reason to take it off.
With the aid of hand held shower, there seems to be no problem with the higiene. As to comfort, even though I first thought that the ring was a bit too tight, there are no problems, except for the padlock.
You see, I'm a bit overweight and I had prostate surgery about 5 months ago. When seated, the padlock tends to bury itself in the folds of my abdomen just where my scar is. The edges of the padlock caused some really small, but somewhat painful scratches to my scar. However, I did not need to take it off, and I solved the problem by taping the padlock to the body of the tube. I really think the padlock should be of another type, with rounded edges.
There is no way to take it off, at least with the ring size I have, and of course it is impossible to have a full erection or an orgasm. On becoming excited, as I did once or twice, the feeling can be really maddening when one realizes that it is impossible to cum no matter how hard one tries.
One tip to ease the congestion in such cases, when one is unable to take it off, is to use a pack of ice for some 10 to 15 minutes.
