The only way to keep your male restrained for more than a few precious hours is to lock him into a chastity belt. Make him totally accountable for every nudge he feels. Lock him down as a punishment, as a routine, or as a treat. Lock him down for hours, days, weeks, months... you'll be the center of his attention.
Here are two pictures of a secured CB-2000 chastity. This user had a negative experience with a padlocked chastity, and instead use seals to secure the device and allow for uncomplicated emergency removal - if the seal is broken, the user can supply medical treatment or booking documentation.
