Why have a written Chastity Belt Agreement at all?
To prevent misunderstandings within a couple who wish to employ this ancient and interesting device to their benefit as an intimate part of their everyday lifestyle.
To solidify answers in our own minds for our friends, family, and possibly even casual strangers who might simply discover the belt through inadvertent observation or in conversation and ask, "Why...?"
As education and warning of unexpected complexities of usage. This is not just a simple device to be worn without mental, physical and social consequences.
To add legitimacy of purpose - for those kind folks who "protect" us with metal detectors from threats, imagined or real, increasingly around every turn. Or those who might even wish to (forcibly) remove a female belt in search of hidden drugs, should they be disappointed upon finding that it is not a "concealed weapon". When casually told there is a written Agreement in force this might give pause in the official mind to spare you more difficulties (lots of luck... and always carry an emergency sealed key).
These efforts might be considered laughable if they were not so irksome. But they need smiling cooperation to resolve with aplomb and dignity for all those concerned and should be expected to happen occasionally.
And so that we might answer "why" we wear, with, naturally enough, "This is why... and this is how."
DEFINITIONS:
Purpose: the user is to wear a chastity belt to enhance mutual sexual pleasure of the signers of this Agreement; to provide quality versus quantity to the sexual experience; to inhibit masturbation by user; to artfully cause and inflame user sexual desperation; to be an aid to user preventing uncontrolled sexual intercourse; and to affirm mutual couple commitment, togetherness and quality of life. Additionally, a chastity belt should not be applied for any reason to any person who is under the age of majority (not an adult) or ability to understand or, especially, DOES NOT CONSENT freely and of their own will.
Chastity belt: a securely fastened belt-like device that strongly inhibits its wearer from engaging in masturbation and uncontrolled sexual intercourse. Traditionally worn by the female member of a couple, it is currently worn with increasing frequency by the male. The term "belt" and "chastity belt" are synonyms in this Agreement.
User: the person who wears a chastity belt.
Keyholder: the person who controls all copies of the key(s) or seal(s) to a user's chastity belt.
Safeword (or "safephrase"): a spoken word or phrase, agreed between user and keyholder to be invoked by user for unequivocal and immediate belt removal for reasons the user considers imperative.
Emergency: a physical or social danger the keyholder considers a dire situation that needs intervention. Mere user sexual desperation is not an emergency. User may warn keyholder of either potential or existing emergency for guidance.
CLAUSES:
(1) The user will wear the chastity belt whenever the keyholder requires it, except as demanded by clauses (2a), (4),(5), (9), and (9a).
(2) The keyholder will always keep control of all keys and seals to the chastity belt, with the exception of clause (2a).
(2a) The keyholder will provide a sealed, hidden or otherwise protected safe key for emergency by the user. This key is not related to the safeword in clause (5). The user will make strong attempts to contact the keyholder for permission of use and will abide by provided guidance.
(3) The user is responsible for keeping the chastity belt clean and in good working order. The user must promptly inform the keyholder if the chastity belt requires maintenance.
(4) The keyholder must cause removal of the chastity belt if the keyholder perceives that it threatens the user's health or if the keyholder perceives that it is causing the user excessive discomfort. Reapplication of chastity belt in clause (4a).
(4a) When the condition causing removal under clause (4) is remedied, the chastity belt will be reapplied by either keyholder or by user should keyholder not be present, provided by guidance from keyholder.
(5) A safeword/phrase will be agreed between the user and keyholder at the start of this Agreement. If the user invokes the safeword/phrase the keyholder must remove the chastity belt. The keyholder may then elect to dissolve this Agreement. Safeword/phrase is:________________.
(6) The keyholder may dissolve this Agreement at any time. The key- holder must enable removal of the chastity belt by user when this Agree- ment is dissolved.
(7) The keyholder may require physical user restraint before the chastity belt is removed for hygiene, during cleaning or during user interaction. The keyholder will normally remove the restraints after the chastity belt is reapplied.
(8) The user will not bore keyholder with endless discussion about the belt or its use, nor will the keyholder, the user.
(9) Maximal period (in days) allowable between user sexual relief periods:__ days. Methods and timing of relief in clause (9a).
(9a) User will be allowed a sexual relief period minimum:__ hour(s) as per clause (9). User may either request direct keyholder aid, or by private masturbation. If by masturbation, user must seek permission from keyholder if sex aids may be employed. The chastity belt will be reapplied to user at keyholder's convenience after relief period expires.
(10) In the event others are involved in discourse about the couple's utilizing a chastity belt, the couple should keep one another fully informed about what has transpired to prevent misunderstandings from arising.
(100) Distribution. As per clauses (100a) or (100b) as elected.
(100a) Paper: Duplicate paper copies of this Agreement distributed to both keyholder and user. A sealed paper original may be held by a trusted Third Person. Third person may or may not be aware of this Agreement's contents by joint keyholder and user consent. Third person shall make every effort of conscience to physically protect his copy of the Agreement.
(100b) Electronic file: Duplicate electronic file copies of this Agreement distributed to both keyholder and user. An electronic file copy may be held by a trusted
Third Person: Third person may or may not be aware of this Agreement's contents by joint keyholder and user consent. Third person shall make every effort of conscience to physically protect the integrity of his electronic copy of the Agreement and its ability to be stored, reproduced and transmitted.
Electronic copies may be maintained in the form of text files in compressed text form (ZIP, PAK, LZH, RAR, etc) with a generated checksum signature stamp included with compressed Agreement file. File checksum stamps MUST be the same on ALL copies AS distributed. The Third Person file will be considered as binding as a paper agreement. If either key holder or user wishes another copy, the third person will distribute the Agreement as an electronic file via portable medium (diskette, tape, etc) or via modem. Agreement file may be encrypted ("privacy transformed") to prevent casual or accidental discovery of content during storage, distribution or transmission.
(100c) Agreement Renewal and Amendmentation: Agreement may be renewed by keyholder with user consent without change by resigning, redating and redistribution to concerned parties or is renewable by other mutual agreement. It may be renewed and amended by mutual agreement of keyholder and user at any time.
(200) Signatures:
I, _______________________, the keyholder to the user, understand that huge responsibility is placed in my hands for the usage of the chastity belt and will discharge this responsibility with empathy and diligence, keeping strongly in mind the purpose of the belt as keyholder member of the couple.
I, _______________________, the user and wearer of the chastity belt fully understand the purpose of why I must wear it and trust my key- holder in the discharge of responsibility towards me and will faithfully aid him in this and obey his guidance. I understand that slight dis- comfort is to be expected; that extra effort in personal hygiene is needed and accept these as entirely normal for a user.
(200a) Start and Expire Dates:

(300) Jurisdiction of covering applicable law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ___The Land of OZ____.
