I use a KTB daily, my wife has me don it as soon as I wake up in the morning before I get out of bed. I do an hour or so of chores before work and since she is sleeping, she cannot monitor my mastrubation attempts. However, she observed that the regular KTB has its points going straight down toward the penis, which makes it possible to work it off without unlocking it. (at least in my case)
To eliminate this situation, she had me bend the pins slightly toward the head of my penis. This instantly made removal impossible, and also made it possible to reposition the KTB slightly higher up the shaft when a particular site got irritated. It is a one way trip though. And there is a new set of painful sensations as it makes its way up.
Bottom line is the KTB has effectively put my wife in complete control of my morning sexual urges.
