This whole experience is incredible to me, as I never dreamed that my wife would ever be receptive to this type lifestyle play.
It is now day seven, and yes, I'm at work and still belted. Last night my wife took the belt off before we headed out for league bowling. My game is bad enough, without having to learn how to adjust my approach with the belt on during league. (She says we can practice this at other times.)
When we got home, we inspected my penis, and found some area of irritation where the belt had been to tight and pinched. Since I was being supervised last night, she let me have a night of sleep without the belt so that my skin could recover. This morning included a very thorough shower (my first without the belt in a week), careful drying, and then about another half our of careful bending with a pair of vise grips with a owl wrapped around the pieces to be bent.
Would guess that everyone's build will affect the fit and security of his belt, and base on my previous attempts to build a belt that was comfortable, that my build has to be one of the worst. I am slim in build, with a very high waist. Most of my height is from my torso. This means that the belt must drop quite a bit in the back and in the front. This allows for some flex, and possible escape (with great difficulty) if things are set as loose as I think they will need to be for 24/7 use. For the time being, if I am to be left at home unattended for a long period of time, Chris can lock a chain around my neck, and attach the other ends to my belt (front , back, or both). This can leave things loose enough, without danger of my being able to slip out of the belt.
Once my weight is back to where it should be, and all other bending and adjustment has been made, we are sure we can make the belt inescapable (with actually cutting something), by attaching a stainless steel band between the two front joints where the side band meets the front adjustable "drop bands". I'm sure this would stiffen up the hip band to the point that escape could not be possible. The disadvantage is that the best way to attach this would be to rivet it in place, in order to keep the profile under my clothes to a minimum. This will make the wait band permanent, requiring some time with a drill when I would need to take the belt off altogether. Although the waist band would be permanent, Chris could still unlock the lower part of the belt so that I could service her, or for "play". With the belt unlocked, it would be possible for her to tilt the waist band enough to unscrew the back pivot, removing the lower part of the belt, but leaving the waist band in place.
This is not something we will do right away, as we still feel the adjustment period will take a while. As I told you I planned to send something to Walter anyway, so I will order some more foam from him, as well as some spare parts. I have access to a machine shop and stainless locally. Maybe Walter has had to deal with this issue before, and will have some suggestions.
