The device is called: Safety Chastity Ironball, Item Number 202
The device consists of two parts that are connected with screws and then locked with a padlock. The entrance hole for the genitals is made to measure and the diameter of the ball can be 80 mm, 90 mm or 100 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm, so 100mm = 3.94 inches).
The price is 500 DM - I think this is very high for such a device. (About 275 US Dollars at 1.82 DM to the US Dollar)
The quality of this picture is low because the catalog is made from black and white copies.
