Lock mechanism for Wm Jones Belt

lock and pin

This is the locking mechanism used by William Jones on his chastity belt. The shackle of a brass padlock fits into a groove machined into a steel button. The button is hard chrome plated, and it is drilled out in such a manner that it fits over a post on the belt.

The male belt has two of these posts, one for the waist band, and another where the penis tube attaches to the crotch guard. The steel button goes over this post, and fits closely to the waist and crotch band, so it can not be cut off either.

The lock is a small brass padlock, with an extra pin mounted under the shackle. The shackle goes around the steel button, the button goes over the locking post described above, and when the lock is snapped shut, the extra pin goes thru the drilled hole in the locking post. This keeps the button from coming off, and also keeps the lock from rotating.
