an Ode to Os

    Oh wOndrous day
          sO sOOn to cOme
    when little willy gains release
                         from his 3-O-O-O.

    day One was grand,
          day 1O not bad,
    but nOw, Oh dear!
                         he really needs to blOw-O-O-O.

    twO mOnths it's been
          seems like a year;
    withOut my daily O, i think
                         my mind is gOing to gO-O-O-O-O.

    cOmpresse tOO lOng
           within the tube,
    i haven't tOuched him, ever;
             for plastic, cOld, rejects each tOuch
             and that just makes me shudder.

    Oh brOthers in adversity,
          yOu'll understand my plight;
    for there are times when we dO wish
          we'd never heard that fatal, padlOck-click.
                         yet as yOu knOw, th' eventual end
                         will be a blissful...lengthy.....
                                                        O.O..O.O..OOOOOh!

    fOr me that is just twO days Off,
        at least that's what i'm tOld.
    until this time i'd never thOught
            that time cOuld pass sO slOw-O-O-O-O.

                                 But nOw as punishment fOr
                                          cOmpOsing this dumb pOem,
                                 my KH has rOlled the dice --
                                          they did nOt cOme up 7:
                                                    sO nOw it is anOther mOnth
                                                    befOre i get tO heaven.
                                                                   nO O, Oh nO, no O-O-O-O-Oh!
