Korean Novelty Underwear

A Korean underwear manufacturer seems to be selling lockable chastity briefs for men and women.

These briefs seem a little too flimsy to be anything but novelty items; the design of the waistband lock is interesting, though.

Now, I can't read Korean (and the Google online translator is pretty awful). Perhaps you could post this link on your site in the hope that someone who does can offer a detailed description of these garments.
