TimeLock - A new and simple way to control belt access

A while ago I gave some serious thought to the problem of how to keep a chastity belt securely locked if you didn't have a keyholder to control the key. I've seen a lot of possibilities discussed but they are either crude or risky or expensive. I finally wrote a computer program that I think gives the ideal answer.
