Special Belt Wanted

I have read with interest some of the stories on your site and hope that someone can help me with fulfilling my fantasy. It goes as follows :-

I would be locked in a steel CB with a built in electro shock device on the front shield. The device would be controlled by a pager that could be called from any telephone. This is the main problem, where could I get such a belt. In one of the rooms in my house or in an outhouse I would need a time release tether which would be in view of a webcam. The tether would be of such a length that once attached I would always be in view of the webcam and could not interfere with it. The number of the CB would be given to a friend who would check if I was tethered by a certain time and would punish me until I was, by simply dialing the pager. Also depending on how they felt, they could shock me at anytime day or night from anywhere.

This is the basic fantasy but an addition to this would be to set up a public site that includes the tele number of the belt. Then anyone could watch me tethered and see the effects of dialing the pager. This would have the effect, that as well as the sexual frustration of the belt, I would be under constant fear of when the next shock would hit me, with no way to prevent it.

The ideal belt would have a remote controlled CAT Unit, which I have read can deliver quite a jolt, and a remote controlled dildo, for increased frustration and shock delivery.

As I have said all is reasonably simple, except for getting a belt as near to my fantasy as possible. I don't know if such a device exists, I have never seen one on any site, hence mailing here. As I live alone then any control has to be from a distance, therefore the need for that type of belt. I don't know if I will be brave enough to do it but who knows. I think, if I could get a belt, I would try the main part. As for the addition that would probably be going too far in giving up control.
