As I studied the many options for chastity on altairboy's fine www., including reading reviews, opinions and learning about the "pro and cons", I arrived clearly at the BirdCage because:
A) Highly sanitary conditions

Let me share some hints here particularly for ring "A": I experimented with using a large pipe clamp and got it as tight as possible for the "A ring" behind testicles ((do put fingers under the screw mechanism to avoid pinching skin !!! ouch !)) and kept it on over night.
Had to adjust it later a bit to give more room. Then I realized that it needed cushioning for better comfort and rapped some cotton with electrical tape around it.

Mark the ring as to how far you tightened, then take it off your body and take a string or wire inside the ring, cut to length, then measure it.

I ordered it slightly on the bigger side than on the smaller side, for one can either have it altered locally to become smaller, or better yet, cushion it with some softer material anyway, which provides for a better "no slip" condition.
