First, I would like to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed browsing your site. It is extremely informative and entertaining.
Due to various problems, I have been unable to "perform" for several years now but have discovered a cure (no, this is not an ad) utilizing penile injections of "Aprostadil". This, however is inconvenient at best and an outright nuisance at worst. So my wife and I (she is dominant and I am submissive) have decided to go the route of an implant.
I don't know how familiar you are with some of these but the one we plan on involves two tubes which replace the cavernosum (spongy tissue which is responsible for erection). Implanted in the body is a small reservoir of silicon and implanted in the scrotal sack is a small device about the size of a thumbnail. Without a cavernosum, erection is *completely* impossible. The device in the scrotal sack is a small, hand actuated pump which fills the two tubes in the penis with silicon from the reservoir and the result is better than the original at its best. To return the erection to a flacid state, the pump is squeezed differently and the silicon returns to the reservoir.
So, although I'm guessing that you have an inkling as to how this ties into chastity devices, it's quite simple. If a belt and frontpiece assembly (out of flexible stainless - padded) or whatever, is locked in place, preventing access to the testicles, the subject is forced to remain indefinitely in whatever state exists - indefinitely flacid or indefinitely hard. Since the erection is not caused by blood filling the cavernosum, there is no danger of blood congestion or damage from the maintenance of an erection over a long period.
We're currently working on the insurance which will allow this surgery (it is not cheap - about $10,000) and, if you would like, I can contact you when it's finally completed and we begin playing with a test unit (belt).
