The German BDSM-magazine *Schlagzeilen* has a long article on male CBs in its latest edition (No. 34, April/May 1997). It is written by a user of the Kastley-belt and has some photos as well. It deals mainly with the question what it's like to wear a CB and includes some information on how male CBs work.
The guy who wrote it stresses in particular the psychological effects of a belt - that it teases you mercilessly all the time, but that you just haven't got a chance to do anything about it. It also has some brief notes on the history of CBs.
BTW, the writer only mentions the Kastley-belt and Bill Jones' belts in his article, so I suppose he doesn't know the other belt-makers.
All in all, there isn't much that would be new to you (and I don't really fancy translating the article, I'm too busy at the moment). That said, for those of you in Germany who don't read the *Schlagzeilen* it might well be worth getting a copy.
