I found this contribution for your site in our local Dutch newspaper on Monday, March 29 1999. I made an attempt to translate it, but since English is not something I use frequently, you should check my spelling and correct it where ever it is needed.
SAFE BANGKOK
This underwear, shown by 20-year old model Varitsa Nintasuvon, doesn't look like a chastity belt but is has quite the same effect. It is being marketed as anti-rape underwear. This underwear is reinforced with metal wire and can only be opened when in possesion of the code for the locking mechanisme. The producer of this underwear intends to develop it further so that messages will be shown for rapers to be warned.
