A Couple of weeks ago I got my cock cuff. I have been interested in this sort of device since the first time I saw pictures and descriptions appear in the bondage magazines. My own attempts to make one from a bent pipe and a padlock proved to be disappointing.
So I dropped the subject until the lady in my local sex shop showed me the latest arrival. Stainless steel, nice workmanship not too expensive... I was very tempted. In the end I gave in, measured myself and ordered one.
After a six week wait, it was there. At the first look the bent tube seemed very long. I thought, this must show under normal trousers. Well it doesn't as I found out later. Compared to other cock cuffs that I have seen pictures of on the web, on mine, the tube is not attached to the cuff at right angles, but slightly lower. Also the top (entry) end of the tube is cut at an angle. This together produces a rather low profile.
The gap between the tube and the cuff is only about half an inch. This prevents the withdrawal of the testicles even if the cuff is not tightly closed. I found it impossible to take the device off without the key. But it was possible to push and pull the penis out of the tube even at the tightest possible setting of the cuff.
In all I found the cock cuff remarkably comfortable. I was able to wear it 24 hours non stop on the second time I tried it. But then I experienced a reverse training effect I did not understand at first. The upper ends of the gap between cuff and tube get very narrow. From my experience with other cb models I expected trouble there with the skin getting pinchd in this narrow end. Nothing of this kind happened at first and I was quite relieved.
But the exact problem I had expected did develop after wearing the cuff a number of times. The time I could wear it before severe pain started seemed to become shorter and shorter the more I tried to get used to the device. The solution was to leave the opening of the cuff a little larger. I still cannot get the balls through the gap but there is some room for the skin of the scrotum to move about a bit. That helps.
The problem of pulling the penis out was solved by a wire loop that I put in the rim behind the head of the penis and connected to the locking bar. A PA would be fine for that purpose but then I don't have one.
Still there is the possibility to insert a small finger past the locking bar and touch a very sensitive spot. Yes, that is all I need. I'm in the process of making a plastic piece to insert into the tube fixing it with the locking bar that will block a finger going in but not the urine coming out.
