Great page! Here is my contribution since so far I haven't seen this idea published: Why not use a thumbcuff (for pictures surf to Yossie's homepage of handcuffs) for the penis? It allows locking the penis and to vary the degree of severity (can also give a KTB-effect). So far I haven't done much more than 1st testing, but it's effective and very cheap (about 15 US $).
One more advantage: the locking is done with a standard handcuffkey and already integrated. Pulling the penis in an upward or downward position is left to the user's preference. Unfortunately this can only be apllied to a circumcised penis...
One warning: if the thumbcuff is tightened to much, peeing when partially erected or an eforced ejaculation can result in an injure / bleeding. (It happend to me, but healed very fast).

Although it works quite well, my only problem is that the movable part of a thumb cuff is usually serrated, a bit like a KTB.
Attach the cuff first at the base of the penis (cuff up, key hole toward the body) and bring the penis up from below, attaching the top cuff just behind the glans. It is fairly undetectable, but requires a bit of privacy to twist the assembly to pee. This is because you are aiming up. It is secure, and adjustable, but not particularly comfortable because of the serrated edge on the cuffs.
