Male orgasm is natures way of insuring that males can be rewarded. Originally if men had to have sex with women to get rewarded, they'd have to be treating them reasonably.
But, humans have advanced to the point where masturbation is possible. Now any male, no matter how badly behaved can reward whatever jerkish behavior that they wish. The more problemsome the behavior, the more likely they are to reward themselves for it. Behavior that is rewarded is behavior that becomes more frequent.
The end effect of this is that men are no longer under the proper control of women. They are now free to take actions that are not in the best interests of women. They are free to build a society that puts men first.
With such a society, men can now put economic or other unnatural pressure on women for sex, and get Orgasm as a reward, which reenforces such behavior.
This vicious circle just keeps getting compounded.
The only factor normally working against this is the community of women banding together. Since this reduces the rewards for the male, it is in his best interests to socially isolate women. He is rewarded if he sets up institutions that keep women from positions of power.
It is no accident that society today is full of such institutions. Males passing power and wealth on to their sons is an example of a power game of "keep away" that keeps power and wealth out of the hands of women.
We now have mechanical aids that can be used to help reverse this trend. On the internet there are many sources of information on devices to control chastity (either male or female).
With the advent of such devices it becomes possible for women once again to take direct control over the reward cycle.
While it may not be practical to change society at large by this method, it is practical for small groups of women to set up social networks that can benefit all involved. Even one or two men truly dedicated to serve, instead of dedicated to getting sex, can improve the lives of a small group of women a great deal.
There are many observed effects of enforced chastity.
The pervasive nature of enforced chastity really has to be experienced to be truly understood. But I can try to explain part of it here.
The person under control (after possibly a "rebellion" period) becomes much more pliable and agreeable. One can actually modify attitude with chastity to a degree that you can't with corporal punishment.
Since the control of reward is in someone else's hands, they become naturally more attentive to that person's needs, feelings, and opinions.
Torture is immediate, and gets short term alteration in behavior. But unless repeated frequently the long term effects quickly fade. Chastity is longer term, and much more intrusive in the sense that one is reminded 100's of times a day, every night, and in every activity. Alterations in attitude are made by days of constant reminder, and tend to hang around much longer. Even sleep is not an escape, since the wrong sort of dreams will cause enough discomfort to wake up the person being controlled.
Since there is no damage caused by enforced chastity, one can use whatever level of control is needed without worry of problems caused, other than that of the males natural resistance to retraining.
Slowly but surely all thoughts that used to be of sexual gratification become thoughts of the person in charge. Slowly but surely thoughts of the person in charge become thoughts of how to please that person and avoid their displeasure.
All thoughts of sexual gratification else where are punished by the device without any compensating factors. Thoughts of gratification from the owner is punished, but has the compensating factor that it will happen and can be looked forward to.
The natural order is for bands of women to be in charge, as still seen in the wild in Bonabo Monkeys. This order has been overturned in modern society to such an extent that it is hard for women to even consider the old order.
Enforced chastity gives opportunities to make changes. Since it affects actual attitude, it can affect social change for the better.
When differences of opinion happen between a man and a woman it is difficult for her to win the battle. When there are several women, then there is a natural feeling on the part of the man that he is out numbered. This added feeling is useful in establishing in his mind that the women should be in charge.
Groups of women are much less likely to abuse their new found power than a single women would, because groups of women tend to develop clear social norms early on.
While a man may belong to one woman, and be restricted to sex with her, his usefulness should extend to the entire community.
It is probably a good idea for a specific man to belong to a specific woman, so that there can be no ultimate conflict of authority.
If a specific woman owns a man she has more personal reason to see to his proper training.
If a woman is also having sex with a man, she can have even more control (with better rewards). Obviously safe sex practices should be used if the relationship is not a long term monogamous one.
There is, of course, no reason why a woman shouldn't have more than one man if she so desires.
Chastity control is not necessarily the same as sexual control.
Chastity control is controlling the rewards a male may have. Sexual control is giving sex to reward males.
Any woman has the right to deny reward to a man that doesn't deserve it. Any woman has the right to authorize reward to a man that deserves it. This should not have to mean that a man gets to have sex with a woman just because she notes he deserves reward.
While a woman is free to use sex as a reward if she wishes sex with a man, she is also perfectly within her rights to merely authorize his masturbation to reward him.
If a woman desires sex, it is her right. The old notion that this means he gets the reward of sex is not necessary. Having him perform oral sex can give the woman the desired sex without having to give him a possibly undeserved reward at the same time.
In today's (American) society, a woman's sexuality is always at some level treated as a tool... "smile sweetly and get what you want". There is an implied "I can give a reward" subtext that leads to men missreading the slightest smile or friendliness as a come on. Because of this women are always fighting off unwelcome advances.
Enforced chastity can counter this, by separating the reward from the sex. The "I can give a reward" is now "I can authorize your reward" instead of "I'll give you a sexual reward". With enforced chastity there is now a "I can force withholding of reward" that tends to discourage unwelcome advances. The "worth a try because I might get lucky" of the man becomes "I'd better not try because I'll probably have rewards taken away".
To return to the natural order, one has to reeducate men into the proper reward cycle. Your average man has a lifetime of being able to reward himself, or possibly forcing women to reward them for inappropriate behavior.
The goal is to convert a man to his natural role as useful and helpful to the community of women.
The first step is to take away his ability to reward himself. Enforced chastity devices do this quite nicely.
The new male must be convinced at a gut level that women have absolute and total control over his rewards. He should be reminded frequently who has the control, and that he has no control. Men may be punished for behavior in their past life during this period.
A set of rules should be made for him. Rules should be clear, without the need for "interpretation". The purpose of the rules is to change behavior and attitudes, not to torment. Torment has its place in punishment, but not in rules.
Rules should be applied consistently, and without false mercy. Making exceptions to the rules rewards him for trying to bend them. If you reward non-compliance, in the end you get non-compliance. If you have inconsistent rules, in the end you get inconsistent results.
Rules are there to affect behavior. If he has a behavior that annoys you, forbid it. If it persists, then add a day for each occurrence... it will go away soon.
There should be rules both in relationship to his owner, and in relationship to all women he is answerable to. He may have rules relating to his conduct to all women. His owner has ultimate control, but should also consider the needs of the community in deciding punishment. It might be worth having someone he doesn't know come by to test his observance of conduct to women in general.
During the initial period, and possibly long after, one should have some regular chastity time regardless of behavior to keep him reminded that he has given up the ability to reward himself, and to keep him from falling into bad habits. Punishment should add to this time, but not subtract from it unless a Major reward is intended.
Objection to the rules should be punished by additional time in chastity. This will cause the tendency to object to die away. Whining or complaining about the rules while in should also be punished in the same manner. "Mercy" in this will lead to always whining.
If his perceived problems with the rules are only discussed or addressed when he is being rewarded by being out, then he becomes even more motivated to earn the reward. If he objects to a rule it should be discussed before he goes in, not after.
When he is to be punished with chastity time, order him in immediately. Like training cats, the more time that passes between an offense and the punishment, the less likely they are to have a gut level feel for the punishment being for the crime.
When enforced chastity is used to control men, it rapidly becomes obvious that extra days in have a large affect on the controlled. The right to keep him in is, in effect, the right to get work out of him.
If tasks are assigned a value (in days of abstinence) then one can require that the man serve either the number of days the task is worth or actually preform the task in question.
It is a small step from these observations to the observation that days can be traded amoung women to allow them to get pet projects completed. This allows days in to be used as a type of currency. This makes it easy for a woman that doesn't own a man yet to contract labor from the men someone else owns. For example, a woman could pay for her room rent by allowing the landlady five days of authority to withhold reward from her man each month.
Such a chastity economy is most useful when several groups of women interact. Each group may own men who have different skills, and the ability to barter becomes useful. For example, one group may offer five days of a handyman's time for three days of a programmer's time.
It could be possible for an outsider to mistake a chastity economy as a form of slavery. This view assumes that the male is being forced to preform a given task, and has no choice.
Nothing could be further from the truth. For any task assigned, the man is free to choose to refuse the task. He then has no sexual release for the number of days that the task is worth. But this does him no real harm, and allows him to avoid tasks that he might feel are objectionable.
If a woman wishes to give up control of her own chastity to another woman, then she can decide to do so. The woman who takes control clearly gets a helpmate that she can get more from than from any other form of volunteer. The woman that gives up the control allows her controller to make attitude adjustments much better than can be done by other means.
Clearly it is physically possible for men to control the chastity of other men. However, since it is male views of what should be rewarded that cause women problems, there is a large chance of such an arrangement not being of much use to any women.
There are any number of relationships where women commonly take (for whatever social reasons) second place.
The standard romantic relationship: Enforced chastity can be used to make up this power difference... however love and the normal urge to please one's loved one may complicate this dramatically.
Boss vs. Secretary: This is probably one of the most unbalanced relationships in normal society. In the private sector the boss holds so much control that abuse of the control is rampant. If the secretary holds the keys to the boss's chastity device the relationship can be much more equitable. Since interfering with the company can still cause the company to fail the secretary is motivated to only push in directions that keep it running well.
Boss vs. Underlings: If an employee (or group of employees) has chastity control of the boss there are a number of benefits. Sexual harassment becomes a thing the boss is not going to do, and if cases of such harassment mean he personally goes without he is highly motivated to make sure it doesn't happen at all in any place he has a say. Stupid office policies without reasonable justification can also be abolished quickly. Removing sexist hiring policies is another good use. If the manager has to go a few weeks without release for each time he hires a man instead of a woman, female candidates will win the job more often.
Public workers: Many public workers are irritating because they really don't care much anymore about the individual customer. If an enforced chastity worker is doing that, one can adjust his attitude easily. If you send people he doesn't know to check on him every so often, he won't dare treat the public badly.
