You must make your measurements from this point on your body, or your belt will not fit you properly. You must take measurements from this point. You don't wish to pay for a belt that doesn't fit properly, and we do not wish to make a belt that does not fit properly.
An ordinary fabric tape measure is the best to use. Make measurements next to the skin, the tape should be snug and flat. YOU CAN NOT MEASURE YOURSELF! Take time and double check all measurements. Measurements should be taken while standing with feet 18" apart, hands at back of head.

Notes:
(b) Fasten a 1-1/2" belt around the waist, (waist: the smallest circumference below rib cage and above hip bone) tighten to the point at which you feel you feel you would be able to wear it, mark and measure.
(c) From the front center waist, bottom edge of the belt, measure down to the top of the top of the labia.
(d) From the front center waist, bottom edge of the belt, measure down to the vagina.
(f) From the front center waist, bottom edge of the belt; measure down between the legs to the anus (insert a small object so that you will have a point to measure to).
(g) With the object still inserted, measure from the anus up to the rear center, bottom of the belt.
(h)This measurement should be the same as the sum of D + E + G and should also be the same as F + G. If not, measure again!
(i) Locate the center back of the belt and mark its position, make a mark 3.5" to the right and another 3.5" to the left. From the front center bottom edge of the belt, measure down between the legs and up over the buttocks to the right side 3.5" mark at the rear waist bottom edge. Repeat for left side mark. This measurement should be the same on both sides and serves only as a double check. This measurement is about 2" greater than H. The tape should NOT be pulled up in the crack of your butt for this measurement.
