Mansitter - They are elaborately made from gold and silver -
but this has not consoled the poor men who had to wear them for
the function they were made for! These chastity belts
for too enterprising men were created in the prudery
of the Victorian age and are now a popular - and
expensive - object for experts and collectors. You can
see them in an exhibition of the Paris art dealer Robert Montagut.
It was not easy for me to translate this text. It may be that I have used some wrong words.
