found in Bizarre "O" #2 along with this photograph.
The Harriet Carter Distinctive Gifts catalog from North Wales, PA carries this kinky "Fastity Belt" Food Blocker with the tag line that it's a " 'great gag' for your friends who need extra will power." and tells us that it's an update of the chastity belt (although the lock is not included in the $4.98 price tag).

Several people have asked me about this, so I called Harriet Carter, @ (215) 361-5122 to see if it is still available. Even after faxing the picture, they denied ever selling such an item, or knowing where to find it. - Altairboy
