In addition to my normal practice I have done for years as sort of a hobby, infibulations on male and female patients. Of course the written consent of adult patients and their possible partners is required. If an infibulation is to be performed, both partners should agree.
Enforced male chastity for the prevention of masturbation is not only possible, it is an accomplished fact. The chastity sleeve I developed can be manufactured to fit the individual length or diameter of the male member by any surgeon.
The diameter of the chastity sleeve can be chosen so that any erection
is made completely impossible or limited only to a certain extent.
The latter is done solely for reasons of wearing comfort.
Any manipulation of the so ensleeved member makes coitus or
masturbation completely impossible.
The chastity sleeve is held by two holes punctured into the foreskin.
The chastity sleeve has been successfully tested in practice and its use does not present any problems. There is no need for maintenance and it is also unobjectionable from hygienic view points. The wearer cannot reach an ejaculation by whatever manipulation because in case of an erection the whole member is kept fixed and the foreskin is completely immobilized. The chastity sleeve corresponds in its effectiveness to the female counterpart i.e. the pharaonic infibulation.
Regarding side effects with male patients that were sentenced to longer periods of abstinance through the chastity sleeve, I could gather extensive experience that I would willingly submit at another time.
While worn, the chastity sleeve is not visible under close fitting jeans or normal swimwear unless extremely tight. It is recommended to wear a tight slip made from rubber or leather under the normal underwear to keep the chastity sleeve lying close to the body for a comfortable wear under the outer garments.
Intercourse after a long period of being locked up is reported as especially intensive and aggreeable by both partners. Therefore the chastity sleeve can be used apart from medical indications in the case of a matrimonial fatigue. Generally the infibulation of either partner of either sex can open totally new aspects in a marriage.
With this contribution, I would like to end the idle discussion on male chastity at last. As you can see it is there!
Permanent catheters, diapers or chastitybelts recommended by many other colleagues cannot be used in every day life. They are products of fantasy with only limited or short term usefullness. They come from theoretical speculations out of total ignorance of the facts. My chastity sleeve opposed to that constitutes the ultimate infibulation.

In an introductory article the editors of the publication pointed out that they did not have an address of this Dr. Doris D. Apparently they received a lot of questions from readers so in the next issue the editors beseeched this writer to come forward. It looks as if they didn't have any success. In issue 6 the subject was not mentioned any more. And issue 7 never appeared. Most likely the district attorney got suspicious and the company had to change name and location.
This article and picture set me off on some experiments which led to the results you already have incorporated in your wonderfull web pages.
I personally doubt that this device is as totally effective as the author claims it to be. The immobilization of the foreskin that is pointed out as a main feature in preventing masturbation is in my experience of not much value. In a similar device I came to an ejaculation without any trouble.
