Steelworxx by Steelheart

The Steelheart by Steelworxx can be seen on their web site at http://www.steelworxx.de/ The web site is very well done and provides excellent descriptions and photographs. One criticism, the description of the tube and ring sizes are in inches while the order form asks for millimeters so you may have to do some converting. Steelworxx only accepts payment via Pay Pal, no credit cards. The payment process using Pay Pal could not have been more convenient, especially with a currency conversion (dollars to euros) involved. If you do not already have a Pay Pal account, it is a bit of a hassle to set one up.

Dietmar Posledni is the owner / manufacturer of Steelworxx. He is very professional and helpful. He answered my questions via e-mail within one day. Delivery was remarkable. My Steelheart arrived exactly two weeks to the day from the day I placed the order.

Steelworxx offers nine different models, I ordered the "Steelheart", with the integrated locking system which can be seen on the "CB extras" page. Total cost was 222 EURO or 291 USD which included tax and shipping. I recommend the integrated locking system. It eliminates what I always considered the weakest link in my old devices, namely the little luggage lock which could probably be cut off with a pair of dull scissors.

My first impression - Wow! This is a very serious piece of metal. The workmanship is superb. German craftsmanship is evident in every detail. The appearance of the device is awesome. This thing looks and feels like the real deal.

I should preface this review by saying that I have never owned a full steel belt and have nothing to compare the Steelheart with except the CB2000 and later the CB3000 made by A.L. Enterprises, Inc. I ordered the Steelheart with the smallest tube diameter (35mm) and the shortest tube length (85mm). With this combination the Steelheart is slightly smaller than a CB3000 but much heavier. There are only two parts, the ring and the tube. There are no posts or spacers. The fit between the tube and ring is flawless, you actually feel them "snap" together.

Early observations - Foremost, I am still totally blown away with the formidable appearance of this device. I have found that unlike the CBxxxx devices, I do not have to use any lubrication. Also, unlike the CBxxxx devices where I could touch myself through the various slots and ventilation holes the Steelheart totally denies access and in addition denies you the ability to see yourself.

The combination of going from a plastic device to a steel device, the Steelhearts awesome appearance and being totally denied the ability to feel or see yourself greatly enhances the chastity experience.

Comfort - I mentioned earlier that the Steelheart I ordered was slightly smaller than my CB3000. That "slightly" smaller equates to a "large" increase in comfort, especially while driving or wearing tight clothing. Surprisingly, the additional weight does not seem to be a problem. The Steelheart also seems to hang better and is more concealable under clothing.

Security - The device itself is totally secure, it would require serious tools to remove it, totally destroying the device (and probably yourself) in the process. Pull-out is another issue. If I lube up before installing the device I can pull-out. Without lubrication, I can not.

So far, the only downside to the Steelheart is losing the ability to urinate while standing at a wall mounted urinal, which I could do with the CB3000. With the Steelheart you have to find a stall, you don’t necessarily have to sit, just stand over the toilet and dribble into it.

In conclusion - I highly recommend the Steelheart. The Steelworxx line of chastity devices should be of particular interest to anyone considering a plastic device or who already has one and is considering an up-grade.

I know the die-hard steel belt crowd will yell blasphemy, and I apologize in advance, but this new generation of trapped ball devices may well be the wave of the future.

Sincerely, delfino
