The maker says "They are the most restricting and secure belts up till now. (I do not say ever existing!)" In response to a question if the belt was suitable for full time wear, and not just club wear, he replied: "The new CB with covers is a bit heavier to wear, but I have used this in Abu-Dhabi for a few months, even on the job, and 40 degrees C. It is really useable for 24/7, with a bit more precautions for hygiene (due to the ball covers)." Miss Bantou and Carrara
