I am afraid that I must add a disclaimer to the cb-2000 regarding long term wear.
I also own one of the new mass produced devices along with several different sizes of "A" rings. I am able to wear the device comfortably for a day or two, but have consistently experienced genuine pain after a couple of days, regardless of the "A" ring chosen.
The problem stems from the size of the "B" ring, and the anatomy of my ball sac. My balls are not prone to hang loose as many men's are, rather they tend to stay closer to the body - that is to say that they are much more tight. Thus, the "B" ring is constantly pressing hard onto the top of my balls, and eventually the low-level pain becomes too much to bear, and I need to take off the cage.
It then takes about a day or two for my balls to feel normal again (they are very sensitive until then). Thus I would have to conclude that if your balls hang tight to your body, you may want to consider a different chastity device.
