This belt is all leather -- hard leather. The cup is exceedingly small and so any suggestion of a hardon is translated into painful pressure. It must be removed to urinate. The back strap is quite tight -- which makes it useful in keeping a butt plug in.
It is not designed for long term wear. The longest my boy has worn is overnight.
