I started wearing a chastity belt in September, 1995. My last orgasm was 19 months ago.
My belt is not an origianl Tollboy but the american copy manufactured by W. Jones. I mention Tollboy because I think it is better known (at least in Europe) than the Jones.
My belt has 2 brass padlocks: one for the waist band, and one for the penis tube. I wear a rear shield which prevent access to the anus; my master removes every morning for half an hour to allow my bodily functions (the rear shield can be removed without removing the belt).
As for a cleaning schedule, my Master removes the belt once every 3-4 weeks; I've no more than one hour of freedom with my hands tied to a collar.
To get used to the belt was not a big problem (my master allowed me an adequate training period). Much more difficult was to accept and get used and to the "enforced chastity".
I experienced failures (I was able to cum 3 times in first 3 months), was punished, sometimes I cried like a baby but thanks to my Master's determination I finally went through.
Now I feel and behave like a castrated. I have given up seeking any form of sexual satisfaction. I think a long term enforced chastity is indeed a form of castration; the only difference from a physical castration is that it's not permanent.
I hope I will be allowed to give you a more detailed report on my experiences if you will permit it.
