Sometimes it may be necessary to force men not to have sex. The reasons might be health (avoid sexual diseases), faithfulness or punishment. There are only two devices which really work.
The most important thing for a real chastity device is that it is not removable under any circumstances - so forget every leather or plastic pieces. The second requirement is that the wearer does not need to be supervised.
There's one important decision: Should the device simply prevent sexual activities, or should it have an additional educational effect?
In case only chastity is necessary, you can use the regular metal chastity belt (e.g. La Ceinture de la Chastete, Tollyboy's). If you also want to punish him for sexual thoughts, a Kali's Teeth Bracelet (KTB) is the right choice.
A good chastity belt for men consists of an additional penis tube where the penis is locked and held pointing downwards to the feet, so that the penis is not accessible under any circumstances. This also prevents masturbation. All parts should be made of steel. There can be obtained an additional extension shield, which covers the anus as well, to prevent anal sexual activities. An additional butt plug can also be locked with that shield. This is perfect as an additional punishment, but the wearer cannot defecate with the plug locked in. The standard version is not painful - very slight erections are possible, but they do cause a light pain.
A KTB is a very painful but extremely effective device. It is a metal tube which can be opened at one side. Inwards you can find many sharpened spikes directed towards the penis. After putting the device on the padlock is locked and the KTB cannot be removed without the key. This device has a very devilish effect: As long as the penis is not erected there's only very little pain - and peeing is no problem. But as soon as the penis starts to erect, a very, very intense pain is caused by the spikes digging into the penis. Although the pain is immense, there's almost no damage to the skin. Also for masochists the pain is almost unbearable.
Of course you cannot have sex with the KTB locked on, but the still more interesting fact is the following: In case you have sexual thoughts (e.g. looking at a nice girl) your penis starts to erect. This causes immense pain, so that you immediately try to have 'proper' thoughts only to avoid the intense pain. A wife can be sure that her husband won't look at other women - and if he does he gets - unattended - an immediate punishment.

Much more interesting are the methods how to use these devices.
Both devices have a strong psychological effect, because a man feels not like a man any more when wearing the device. It is like a temporary castration. The KTB makes you scream in pain when having sexual thoughts, and the regular belt doesn't even allow to pee like a man pees normally - he has to sit down like a woman, and feels owned and confined. He has to beg to be let out of the belt.
This might increase the 'real' love and stop other sexual wishes. Apart from that the wearer is forced to stop bad habits like masturbating, playing with himself etc.
Wearing a chastity device can really drive you mad. The regular belt puts permanent pressure towards the penis - so there's always a slight stimulation. Ho the wearer might often think of having sex - and is immediately reminded that exactly this is impossible.
Some men think that it is humiliating to sit down like a woman on the toilet. And it is inconvenient, because you have to dry the construction with some sheets of toilet paper. If a woman wants to tease a wearer of a belt, she can give him lots to drink, or put furosemid into his meals. Or, the other way round, if the husband drinks too much beer, he will soon give up this.
Sex will be much more intense, and the woman can decide when to have sex. After weeks of chastity orgasms are much stronger, as there's more cum in the balls, and even the sexual thoughts are stronger. And the woman can be sure that the man did not 'waste' cum while masturbating.
An additional possibility is to use the chastity devices as a punishment in conjunctions with other devices. The belt, for example, has some D-rings - perfectly for further bondage purposes. Or a woman can tease a man while he has to wear a KTB - he never will forget this session...
The regular belt has a penis tube, which divides the place in the scrotum. So there's one testicle locked on the left side of the tube - the other one on the right side. So they are exposed to any manipulation. A powerful squeeze between hand and the tube and shield of the belt might be more convincing than thousand words...
Also very interesting is the fact that a regular chastity belt has not to be removed to install/uninstall extension shield and/or butt plug. So you can add both or one of them as an additional punishment. The wearer won't risk to be disobedient again after he felt a butt plug locked into his anus for 24 hrs. once or twice.
You easily get used to wear such devices (and you have no other choice). The first two nights may be a problem - so I recommend take measures to sleep well (mild medications or a little bit alcohol). It is not very inconvenient to wear such a device, and you can shower, have a bath, do sports, work etc, with the device locked on, but the KTB will cause problems the first few nights, as it prevents also 'wet dreams'. You won't believe how many erections you have at night - and every single one is immediately and inevitably punished by the KTB. You will soon learn only to have 'proper' thoughts.
So I strongly recommend the use of chastity devices.
