Stumbling around their website, http://www.herus.de/ I found a gentleman wearing the Herus chastity belt (and other equipment) by clicking on the "METALL" link, and then again on the "METALL" link on the page that comes up.
I can't give you a direct page reference because it's a dynamic web server. You can click on the photo to see it enlarged. It's a frontal shield with compartments for the penis and balls, held on by two straps and at least two padlocks. The description says it's open toward the body. Doesn't look too unusual, except for the price tag. I don't think I want to spend DM 1450 (about 900 US$) for my "first trial" belt.
