This is a contract between two parties. It is to ensure that both parties keep the agreement and the agreement is fair. It also will decide any disputes that may arise from the situation.
Section 1: Parties
There are two parties involved in this agreement. The "Keyholder" and the "Wearer". The
Keyholder will hold the key(s) to the chastity belt: the Wearer will wear the chastity
belt.
Amendment Instructions: This section can not be amended.
Section 2: Keys
A. Number of Keys
A1. There will be at least three (3) keys to the chastity belt.
A2. Two (2) keys will be held by the Keyholder.
A3. One (1) key will be fastened to a necklace around the Wearer's neck.
The Wearer will not break the necklace and or use the key except in a case of clear emergency.
The Keyholder is free to do as they may please with the other two keys
Amendment Instructions: A1-A3 can not be amended without the agreement of both parties
Section 3: Use of Keys / Term(s) of Chastity
A. Keyholder's Rights
A1. The Keyholder has total control over the term of chastity and the use of keys unless otherwise stated in this contract.
B. Wearer's Rights
B1. The Wearer has the right to access the key(s) in the case of a clear emergency. The Wearer may not decide the term of chastity, or use of the keys without the Keyholder's consent.
C. Term
C1. A term of chastity is one week (7 Days).
C2. At the end of a term, the Keyholder will release the Wearer completely and without conditions for a period of at least thirty (30) minutes. After a release; a new term will occur when the belt is completely locked on the wearer again.
Amendment Instructions: With the consent of both parties , this section may be amended at any time with the exception of the provisions contained in A and B.
Section 4: Emergency
A. Definition
A1. An Emergency is when the Wearer is in a physical trauma, or, when the chastity belt is causing harm in any physical way to the Wearer. In such a case; the Keyholder must remove the belt as soon as possible. Such a situation would not constitute a release under the terms of Section 3
A2. If the Keyholder is unavailable, the Wearer may access her key without risk of penalty.
Amendment Instructions: This section may only be amended. The original rules (A1 and A2) may not be changed in any way.
Section 5: Cancellation
A. Cancellation ,p> A1. This contract may be canceled by the Keyholder at anytime for any reason.
If the Keyholder cancels the contract, the belt is to be removed from the Wearer at the time of the cancellation.
A2. The Wearer may not cancel the contract unless the Keyholder has violated a term in this contract.
Signatories:
The Keyholder accepts the responsibilities outlined in this contract and in any future amendments. The Keyholder also accepts responsibility for the Wearer's well-being and will act at all times in the Wearer's best interest.
