I mentioned earlier (see part 1) that I made a tollyboy type belt in my garage. I have spent the last two weeks tweaking and modifying the design. The downtube is still chrome plated brass, but I am also experimenting with a 1 1/4" ID vinyl tubing riveted to the metal locking strip.
My Mistress has complained that if the metal tube touches her when we're in bed it scratched or bruises her with its hardness. I thought the plastic would be softer. I have noticed (and managed to) get my penis withdrawn from the metal tube because the tube is entered from the top and side, but the penis can slide out the top because it is entirely open.
The solution is obvious after reading comments from others that the Walter type belt is more secure. Its tube is flush with the crotch around the penis on all sides, leaving no room to withdraw. I made a second shield from a curved piece of stainless that curls around the top off the penis and effectively simulates the total surround effect of the Walter tube being perpendicular.
It also is attached to a short bar with a hole, just like the tube, and the locking pin goes through the curved shield bar, then the tube bar, then the outer panel and is locked in place. The curve extends far enough on either side of the tube to prevent it being swiveled out of the way. Plastic tubing used to line the edge where it contacts the skin keeps it comfortable and it doesn't dig in.
I don't have any trouble keeping clean after urinating. The screen on the end of the tube quite easily passes fluid, and pressing a tissue against it removes most of the remains by capillary action. To avoid a reaction with the non-stainless metals I use the liquid vinyl "Tool Dip" to completely line the metals with a clear plastic coating.
PS I was locked in my belt for three days at the most so far, and I have to say that the mornings are the worst. I always am extremely horny in the mornings and the belt just makes me shudder until I can calm down. The first morning I tried to masturbate with the belt on using a heavy duty vibrator and I have NEVER been that frustrated before. For three hours I would use the vibrator for 15 minutes, then get so frustrated I had to stop for 5 to calm down, then get horny and use it again for another 15, on, off, on, off, until I gave up exhausted. My masochistic streak must have been showing.
My wife thinks I'm nuts, but she's willing to play Mistress to please me after I said "Think of it as extended foreplay over a long period of time". I figure I'll gradually train her to enjoy a slightly more sadistic role, right up until I go "Uh oh, I've created a monster".
