It is also completely waterproof, you can take a shower with, you could even swim with it on...
There are also several locks in it so you can screw it to adjust. So when you gain or lose weight it is possible to adjust with the screws. So it fits completely and is impossible to see when you wear pants.
Now some explanation about the ritual to wear it :
First of all when the penis is not erect you have to fat it with some greasy cream like nivea. That is very important because it pushes off the water (urine).
